RBXKey operates a strict zero-refund policy on all purchases. This is because our products are digital game keys — once a key is delivered to you, it cannot be taken back. The key exists in your hands and is permanently lost to us.
When you receive a digital key, that key is gone from our inventory forever. Unlike physical products, we cannot "get it back." Issuing a refund while you still hold a working key would result in a permanent loss for us with no way to recover it.
While we cannot issue refunds, we are committed to making sure every key works. If you experience an issue, contact us first — we may be able to help.
